Asbestos, Mold, and Lead in Your Home or Business

Asbestos, mold, and lead are hazardous materials that can remain hidden in residential and commercial properties for decades. If left untreated, they can cause serious health risks, structural deterioration, and liability concerns for property owners. Understanding their presence—and handling them correctly—is essential for maintaining a healthy living or working environment.

The effects of asbestos, mold, and lead exposure include:

  • Respiratory problems and chronic coughing

  • Headaches, fatigue, and difficulty concentrating

  • Skin irritation and allergic reactions

  • Long-term lung damage or disease

  • Increased risk of developmental issues in children

  • Potential contamination of air ducts and interior surfaces

Our certified team can identify and handle these materials safely using professional-grade inspection tools and proven abatement methods. Whether you’re renovating an older building or concerned about indoor air quality, getting an inspection is the first step to peace of mind.

Home and Business Inspection Process

Bio-One is here to guide you through the inspection process and provide expert abatement services to remove all asbestos, mold, and lead contamination from your property.

In homes and buildings constructed before the 1980s, asbestos was commonly used in:

  • Flooring and adhesive compounds

  • Ceiling tiles and insulation

  • Paint, drywall, and joint compounds

  • Pipe insulation and wall coverings

Our inspection process includes:

  • A full assessment of visible and hidden risks

  • Laboratory testing of material samples

  • Detailed reporting and transparent recommendations

  • Safe removal and certified disposal of hazardous materials

If asbestos, mold, or lead is discovered in your home or business, we will safely remove it, ensuring your property meets all current safety standards and poses no future health hazards.
